xx年很快就會過去了，掐指一算，來到同程已經整整一年了，在這里我對我一年以來的工作情況進行簡要的總結，算是對公司也是對個人這段時間的工作的一個交代，詳細內容請看下文ui設計師年終個人總結。

一、個人工作總結

我是去年2月有幸被同程錄用的，之前我一直從事廣告平面設計方面的工作，到了蘇州后找的第一份工作就是網頁設計，不過做的時間不是很長，對這方面還算是個生手。

到了同程以后，先是擔任平臺設計師的工作至5月下旬，然后又調到網站建設部做網站設計師一直至今。在工作中，我學到了很多東西，從不懂，到有點懂，再到熟悉。這中間的過程，只有我自己最清楚。

很多時候，日常的工作是瑣碎的，我們只有自己從中找到樂趣，才不會覺得枯燥;很多時候當我們做網站剛有靈感的時候，會突然有其它的工作布置下來，我們只有自己調整好自己的心態(tài)，統(tǒng)籌安排好自己的工作，才不會手忙腳亂。

那天爸爸給我打電話的時候，我正在加班，爸爸說，怎么又在加班了，要注意身體。我告訴爸爸，不知道為什么我喜歡工作，喜歡那種充實的感覺，雖然有的時候回到家的時候真的很累，也會偶爾覺得自己活得有點辛苦，但是一旦自己真的閑下來的時候，反而覺得很不適應了。爸爸說，恭喜你，長大了，那至少說明你不是一個好逸惡勞的人。

我喜歡爸爸的評價，我是個極其熱愛設計的人，有興趣，有靈感，我知道我或許不是最好的，但是我一定是最有激情的。我真的很喜歡設計，我也不知道為什么，所以，我想證明自己，證明自己的能力和一顆真誠而執(zhí)著的心。明天會怎么樣，誰也不知道。至少今天我要對得起自己。

二、與同事相處

到了同程以后，要感謝的人真的很多…

在平臺上工作的時候，感謝總監(jiān)一直教導我，要不斷提高自己的設計能力;感謝龔琳娜從我進公司的第一天起，就耐心的教給我很多我不懂的東西;感謝劉國平和邱小東，在我剛進公司對代碼絲毫不懂的情況下，對我的熱心的幫助。感謝有在平臺上磨練的那段時光，正是那段時間激發(fā)了我的斗志和工作熱情!

到了網站建設部以后，我被一種莫名的東西感動著。我們是一支年輕的隊伍，部門經理也是一個80年代以后的年輕的女孩子。我們雖然年輕，但是我們并不浮躁，我們充滿激情和憧憬，我們充滿力量和動力。這不正是我想要的那種感覺嗎?為了一個同目標，我們會齊心奮力向前。我的心找到了歸宿，我安定了下來。我確定：這就是我的事業(yè)，為同程，為自己，努力著!前進著!

時光飛逝轉眼間20xx年即將離我們而去，新的20xx年已近接踵而來，光陰似箭，歲月匆匆，時間伴隨著我們的腳步急馳而去，穆然回首，才發(fā)現(xiàn)過去的一年并不能畫上圓滿的句號，內心不僅感慨萬千，新的一年又開始了，在我們昂首期待未來的時候，有必要對過去一年的工作做一個回顧，總結以往的經驗教訓，以待在新的一年有所改進。從進入公司以來，在領導及各部門各同事的幫助下，我順利的完成了工作的任務。在工作期間同事互幫互助，對我也很照顧讓我工作上迅速上手。我們公司的開發(fā)速度很迅速，從立項、研發(fā)、生產工作井井有條一氣呵成的完成開發(fā)項目。我知道我還有很多不足，還有很多需要提升在下個年度里，我將努力做好工作，積極學習提高自己的設計水平更好的服務公司。在工作期間里也總結了一些收獲：

1、 收獲了領導和同事的關照和幫助，讓我很好的融入了這個大家庭。

2、 從事一份新的工作，就有新的挑戰(zhàn)，新的歷練，在工作上也讓我了解到以前不同的思維、設計、交互方式的差異，更加完善了我對ui設計的理解。

3、 體驗了從需求、立項、設計、研發(fā)、生產這一整套流程下的工作模式。 有待進?。?/p>

1、 對產品了解不夠深：表現(xiàn)在產品使用人群、產品使用環(huán)境、產品的優(yōu)缺點

2、 對用戶需求、操作、習性沒有做過深度有效的調研。

3、 對產品操作上沒有很好的結合使用環(huán)境、使用者狀態(tài)分析

期望公司能在視覺這一塊區(qū)域能加大力度，視覺和硬件都是產品的競爭力，現(xiàn)今全民交互的大時代，制造工藝的平均化，最廉價的提升產品競爭力的方式就是在視覺上提升。希望公司能給我們設計人員多提供一些專業(yè)上的培訓機會。參加一些業(yè)界頂級設計師講座等；多思維的碰撞和討論才能產生完美的產品。工作時間上能科學化安排。

公司產品方面以后可以推出一些親民產品結合互聯(lián)網發(fā)展趨勢，研發(fā)普通級別能改善生活的產品。例如智能穿戴、智能家居這方面的產品，生活需求大于工業(yè)需求，現(xiàn)在很多網絡公司和制造業(yè)公司合作，進軍智能生活市場。我們應該跟隨市場趨勢，利用我們公司的優(yōu)勢創(chuàng)造更多的市場競爭力。

1、時間：不超過1分鐘 (高手都是多聽，該出手時才能很好出手)

2、前期準備：查清楚就業(yè)招聘的要求，你要核心表達的就是你和企業(yè)需求(意識，能力，經驗)很匹配(略高而不低)

查清楚職位要求：這是運營ui，產品ui，還是技術ui，具體業(yè)務偏什么方向

匹配匹配匹配，重要時期說三次

3、查清楚企業(yè)的性質產品，定位，網頁，同時做競品分析(可以少面，每次一定認真對待)這些是你面試的談資

4、面試到底要表達說清楚：是什么，怎么樣(是經歷匹配的，是有意向進入公司的)

5、表述比重：三分之一說自己，三分之二表達關注對方，認可對方

6、表達思路倒序(新手習慣從大學開始說，一般工作幾年的人會從近期工作開始說)

7、溝通，目的在于把對方搞定。有問有答。最后問對方要名片會增加勝算，表示對對方的認可

8、可以聊天，但不可無節(jié)制。也許你想給對方好印象。
