aside from matching you, your clothes must match each other. if you wanted to wear a pink shirt with white on it, an adorable choice for a sweater would be a white jacket. suppose, you wore a white shirt with pink on it, you shouldn’t wear the white sweater. instead, wear a pink sweater. also, if you wear this shirt and wanted to wear a headband that was pink but a slightly different shade of pink with it- that is a fashion don’t. never wear denim on denim. that is to wear a denim jacket with a denim skirt or jeans. especially if the denim is two different shades. you may think similarity is a good thing, but in some cases its not. dark green with light green is fine-light blue with dark blue is fine too. but, they must be correct shades. a pink with a slight orange tinge is not good with plain pink. never wear brown and black together. black looks good with lots of things-just not brown.

實習(xí)單位基本情況：我公司是一家獨資企業(yè)，主要生產(chǎn)新型電子元器件(頻率控制與選擇元件、混合集成電路)、計算機輔助設(shè)計系統(tǒng)制造、軟件產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)，銷售自產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品。

1、對外來人員的接待，包括外賓，及時做好翻譯工作。

2、開試工單通知復(fù)試通過者試工，并做好登記。

3、協(xié)助做好新員工入職培訓(xùn)、階段性培訓(xùn)等培訓(xùn)工作。

一是加強思想學(xué)習(xí)，主動與上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)溝通，努力提高思想水平思想是人的靈魂，是人的內(nèi)在力，要想把實習(xí)任務(wù)完成好，首先要把思想調(diào)整好。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)十分重視大學(xué)生成長，為此特地為我們制定了雙導(dǎo)師實習(xí)制度。雙導(dǎo)師，顧名思義，就是兩位導(dǎo)師，工人導(dǎo)師是教授生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的，而領(lǐng)導(dǎo)導(dǎo)師是在思想上引領(lǐng)大學(xué)生，為其排憂解疑，指引方向的。在此優(yōu)勢下，我主動與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進行了溝通，在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的尊尊教導(dǎo)下，我對實習(xí)有了更為深層次的理解，更明確了我的工作目標，在思想上使我對未來的工作有了新的認識，在行動上使我對未來人生有了新的規(guī)劃。

二是注重聯(lián)系實際，理論與實踐相結(jié)合，努力提高實習(xí)質(zhì)量。

在實習(xí)中我發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)中所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識并不是完全都能運用到實踐中，我所學(xué)的是英語和旅游知識，而我所在的公司卻是一家電機公司看起來兩者相差很大。而我所學(xué)的幾乎運用不到但其實不然。我可以翻譯我們公司所生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品，為外國客戶介紹我們的產(chǎn)品。同時也可以接待我們的客戶。在此期間我必須重新學(xué)習(xí)關(guān)于電機方面的英語。這也讓我的英語在另個方面有了更大的提高。

三是熱愛實習(xí)崗位，積極承擔崗位職責，不斷提升實習(xí)效率。

只有愛崗才能敬業(yè)，熱愛實習(xí)崗位才能完成好實習(xí)崗位的工作。在實習(xí)過程中我努力培養(yǎng)自己對本崗位工作的熱情，珍惜在崗位上的每一分鐘，積極承擔崗位上的責任以及義務(wù)，努力做到能夠獨立完成頂崗任務(wù)。對崗位做到懂、會、做。

在實習(xí)的那段時間，讓我體會到了生活的艱辛和社會環(huán)境的壓力。我自己也開始明白社會的殘忍適者生存，不適者則被淘汰。雖然很累可是我卻仍要堅持下去，因為我不想做個生活的失敗者，我不想永遠都躲在舒適的環(huán)境里卻從不知道人間的冷暖。寶劍只有被磨礪過才會更加鋒利。而我只有在社會中磨練才會更加堅強，更加成熟。走出學(xué)校踏上社會一開始讓我覺得恐慌，面對形形色色的人我覺得無所適從。但是時間讓我開始平靜下來，而我也開始慢慢的適應(yīng)了這種環(huán)境，讓我開始覺得其實學(xué)校外的生活也是蠻有味道的。

此次畢業(yè)實習(xí)，我學(xué)會了運用所學(xué)知識解決處理簡單問題的方法與技巧，學(xué)會了與員工同事相處溝通的有效方法途徑。積累了處理有關(guān)人際關(guān)系問題的經(jīng)驗方法。同時我體驗到了社會工作的艱苦性，通過實習(xí)，讓我在社會中磨練了下自己，也鍛煉了下意志力，訓(xùn)練了自己的動手操作能力，提升了自己的實踐技能。積累了社會工作的簡單經(jīng)驗，為以后工作也打下了一點基礎(chǔ)。

ladies and gentlemen,

we engineering students take it for granted that technology is changing incredibly fast. we are thinking nervously and seriously whether our colleges are failing to provide a foundation in the skills currently needed in industry. take my major telecommunications for example. scientists say that 21st century is a biomedical time, not an electrical time. but without the help of electronic data processing and transformation, biomedical technology alone cannot go too far. funny enough, the word biomedical itself is just a combination of two disciplines. so the interdisciplinary exploitation serves as the critical part for our electric and electronics world as well as any other fields to find new way of being.

but the power of knowledge collaboration is certainly not restricted to science and engineering; it is in the full community of learning. walking around campus i absorbed a reality that there is a seamless web between students from different professional backgrounds. the engineering students are discussing animatedly in a philosophy lecture, speaking passionately in the public speaking club, and looking for sparkling ideas from learning history and arts. how wonderful that is! that, ladies and gentleman, is just a significant step forward to be well-rounded because once we jump out of the circle we can see the bigger picture.

my friends, i hope that you have already got what university is all about. please let me end my speech with the nobel prize winner li zhengdao’s words: “the realization of the perfect combination of science and engineering, science and arts, technology and humanity， is the greatest symbol of a university’s success.” thank you.
