《中國詩詞大會》第六期節(jié)目中，一位孩童清脆地唱著《春夜喜雨》，父親輕輕地和著，主持人董卿被這一幕感動，眼里閃著淚花，隨口念出了葉賽寧的《我記得》。這樣的董卿讓人動容，也難怪選手王若西夸贊董卿道：“美人當(dāng)以玉為骨，雪為膚，芙蓉為面，楊柳為姿，更重要的是以詩詞為心?！?/p>

猶記春晚時，董卿莫名的因為口紅顏色上了熱搜，都贊她說被這唇色映襯的膚白貌美。緊接著到了《中國詩詞大會》，眾人方知原來唇色所襯不過是外表，真正吸引大家目光的是董卿慧心如蘭，由內(nèi)而外散發(fā)的氣質(zhì)。

董卿出生在上海，父母都是從復(fù)旦大學(xué)畢業(yè)的高材生，爸爸董善祥是報社的總編輯，媽媽金路德是大學(xué)物理系教授。

董卿的爸爸出生農(nóng)村，家境窮困，父親英年早逝，和母親相依為命。為了讀書，董爸爸每天上學(xué)之前，都要先到池塘里抓魚、抓蝦，再跟著母親到集市上把魚蝦賣掉，掙些生活費。董爸爸很喜歡文學(xué)，高中時老師建議他考復(fù)旦大學(xué)新聞系。農(nóng)村少年憑著滿心喜愛和不屈的韌勁，靠著自己的不懈努力和堅持，考上了這座名牌大學(xué)的名牌專業(yè)。

董爸爸對董卿心愛至深，卻也嚴(yán)厲至極，董卿稍能識字，爸爸就讓她每天抄成語、古詩，大聲朗讀并且背誦。稍大一點，又讓她抄古文。7歲的時候，董爸爸要求董卿必須分擔(dān)家務(wù)勞動，還不允許她花時間在穿衣打扮上。

“朗讀”、“者”、“情感紐帶”是這檔節(jié)目三個關(guān)鍵內(nèi)核。節(jié)目每期一個主題詞作為核心線索，嘉賓圍繞主題詞分享人生故事，朗讀一段曾經(jīng)打動自己，激勵自己甚至改變自己的文字。節(jié)目緊抓文字和人的故事之間的情感紐帶，既每期節(jié)目中的主題詞。再有主題詞擴展開來，形成情緒的磁場，給觀眾強烈的代入感和情感共鳴。目前節(jié)目已經(jīng)邀請到了不少嘉賓，有濮存昕、柳傳志、許淵沖、斯琴高娃、王學(xué)圻等。

20xx年1月8日，籌劃了將近一年的《朗讀者》開始了第一場錄制。當(dāng)制作人兼主持人董卿站定在舞臺中央，她由衷地感慨：“我當(dāng)了20xx年主持人，而今仿佛回到了起點?！独首x者》中的‘朗讀’二字重文字，‘者’字重人。我們要展現(xiàn)有血有肉的真實人物情感，并感動于他們讓我們遇見了大千世界。我對于一檔有著人文精神的電視節(jié)目的追求，終于要實現(xiàn)了。”

中國一共有28位無國界醫(yī)生，有4位來到了錄制現(xiàn)場。婦產(chǎn)科醫(yī)生蔣勵不無激動地分享著令她難忘的經(jīng)歷。

對錄制追求完美的董卿和節(jié)目組，為了更好地呈現(xiàn)朗讀時的意境，特意讓舞美團隊對現(xiàn)場燈光進行了調(diào)試。在調(diào)試燈光和音效時，董卿還為這些非專業(yè)的朗讀者們傳授了經(jīng)驗：“隨著音樂醞釀情緒，不要著急，你們讀得都很好?！彼謱τ^眾說：“你們的傾聽很重要。如果你們給朗讀者一個聚精會神的眼神，會讓他們更有信心。”
