說(shuō)說(shuō)我對(duì)外企面試英語(yǔ)體驗(yàn)課的感受吧。說(shuō)實(shí)話，在大二的時(shí)候，因?yàn)閷?zhuān)業(yè)是學(xué)的國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易，所以學(xué)校特意為我們開(kāi)設(shè)了商務(wù)英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作課程，老師曾經(jīng)在寶潔工作過(guò)，也在美國(guó)留學(xué)過(guò)，而且我們用的教程也是英文原版的商務(wù)教材，所以對(duì)于一些外企面試英語(yǔ)和一些商務(wù)英語(yǔ)方面也算有了初步了解。但是這次在網(wǎng)校的外企面試英語(yǔ)體驗(yàn)課卻給了我全新的感受。

這節(jié)體驗(yàn)課主要是說(shuō)外企的求職信應(yīng)該如何去寫(xiě)。沒(méi)有專(zhuān)門(mén)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)商務(wù)寫(xiě)作的同學(xué)可能會(huì)覺(jué)得，不就是一份短短幾頁(yè)紙的英文求職信，有什么難的？要知道，雅思的essay可是比這個(gè)難寫(xiě)多了，我都搞定了，一封小小的求職信，還不是小菜一碟？如果你也是這樣認(rèn)為的，那可就錯(cuò)了。

一份cover letter并不是我們認(rèn)為的那樣容易。首先，在寫(xiě)求職信的時(shí)候需要考慮職位是否符合我們的要求，一切都要緊扣job description，一些加分的工作技能也是很有必要的。就是人家要求啥，你就會(huì)啥，這樣人家才會(huì)看你的求職信。如果你會(huì)的都是人家不需要的，那么就不會(huì)是一封成功的求職信。

求職信的呼語(yǔ)很重要。如果不甚弄錯(cuò)了稱(chēng)呼，hr對(duì)應(yīng)聘者的印象就會(huì)大打折扣。對(duì)于親密的朋友如何稱(chēng)呼，正式場(chǎng)合下如何稱(chēng)呼別人，話說(shuō)我之前還真的分不清，直接都是dear xxx一語(yǔ)帶過(guò)。如果不清楚看求職信的人是誰(shuí)，呼語(yǔ)就不要加職位稱(chēng)呼。

再來(lái)說(shuō)落款，我之前寫(xiě)信都是用yours xxx，但是聽(tīng)了dolly老師的系統(tǒng)介紹，我才知道這個(gè)稱(chēng)呼落款是私人信件常用的。而在求職信這樣比較正式的情況一般不用。并且，英式說(shuō)法和美式英語(yǔ)的落款說(shuō)法也是不同的。如果你應(yīng)聘外企的時(shí)候，不知道對(duì)方是老美還是老英，最好還是直接用“sincerely，”比較好。

總之，關(guān)系遠(yuǎn)近、親屬、正式非正式場(chǎng)合的稱(chēng)呼和落款都是不一樣的，這一點(diǎn)我以后再也不能小瞧了。說(shuō)不定，僅僅是因?yàn)榉Q(chēng)呼的錯(cuò)誤使用，就導(dǎo)致滿盤(pán)皆輸那就不劃算了，所以在這里也希望看文的大家以后可以注意這個(gè)問(wèn)題。

接下來(lái)就是求職信中正文的寫(xiě)作了。分為三個(gè)小段來(lái)寫(xiě)。首先第一段我們要寫(xiě)明應(yīng)聘職位和獲取信息的渠道。要開(kāi)門(mén)見(jiàn)山，這會(huì)讓hr知道你獲取信息的渠道。如果hr知道大部分人都是在哪個(gè)地方了解應(yīng)聘信息，也會(huì)方便hr以后加大力度投放廣告在那個(gè)網(wǎng)站，間接幫助了hr的工作，也會(huì)增加hr的好感度。不需要吹噓hr或者公司什么的，這點(diǎn)和我們中文的求職信有一些不同。一定要表達(dá)對(duì)職位的強(qiáng)烈興趣。接下來(lái)的一段要介紹工作或者學(xué)習(xí)的經(jīng)歷。這個(gè)經(jīng)歷每個(gè)人都不同，把我們自己最擅長(zhǎng)的也是和應(yīng)聘職位密切相關(guān)的寫(xiě)上就好，不需要長(zhǎng)篇大論。因?yàn)槲覀兛梢韵胍?jiàn)，成百上千份簡(jiǎn)歷，hr并沒(méi)有那么多的時(shí)間去看我們的長(zhǎng)篇大論，挑重點(diǎn)和職務(wù)緊密相關(guān)的經(jīng)歷，不僅會(huì)使自己脫穎而出，也會(huì)增加我們面試的成功率。最后一段，當(dāng)然要說(shuō)我們對(duì)于職位的渴求，寫(xiě)寫(xiě)未來(lái)的期許。

首先是國(guó)外的英文簡(jiǎn)歷一般都盡量不寫(xiě)性別、年齡和種族等涉嫌個(gè)人隱私的信息，因?yàn)閺姆蓚蚬そ嵌龋@些信息是涉嫌用工歧視的，招聘單位一旦被訴在招聘中涉及性別歧視、年齡歧視或種族歧視等有違法律條款的行為，是要付出巨額賠償?shù)?，因?yàn)橥鈬?guó)人認(rèn)為一個(gè)應(yīng)聘人是否符合某個(gè)招聘崗位的要求，是取決于應(yīng)聘人的職業(yè)背景和職業(yè)技能水準(zhǔn)，而不是上述信息。但是對(duì)在國(guó)內(nèi)的外企，你還是把上述信息、包括你的戶口所在地，都老老實(shí)實(shí)地加在英文簡(jiǎn)歷上吧。咱們不認(rèn)為這是歧視。

當(dāng)然在國(guó)內(nèi)中文簡(jiǎn)歷比較重要，但是現(xiàn)在的趨勢(shì)就是雙語(yǔ)，有時(shí)候中文寫(xiě)的洋洋灑灑，英文確令人哭笑不得。通常 面試 外企，多少都會(huì)有老外 面試 ，一份得體的英文簡(jiǎn)歷還是很重要的。

word的好處是有簡(jiǎn)歷模式，而且也有簡(jiǎn)歷的范本，適合新鮮人使用。

- 結(jié)了婚是married, 未婚就是unmarried? 偶爾看到有人寫(xiě)上single會(huì)倍感安慰

- 個(gè)性有闖勁，最好還是不要用aggressive，中文感覺(jué)還可以但其實(shí)英文里這個(gè)詞是非常負(fù)面的，有暴躁的意思，不是優(yōu)點(diǎn)。用energetic或者spirited比較好

- 英文和中文一樣，標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)后要空一格，不要所有句子擠在一起

- 很多人喜歡在寫(xiě)職責(zé)范圍的時(shí)候?qū)懮蟗e responsible for , 文法上來(lái)說(shuō)是不需要的。這些事情是你已經(jīng)做過(guò)的，直接說(shuō) responsible for all outgoing couriers 就可以了

- 英文有很多縮寫(xiě)，但是在像簡(jiǎn)歷這種正式場(chǎng)合還是少用為妙，比如dont可以換成do not，千萬(wàn)不要用那些wanna, gonna來(lái)代替want to, going to

用招聘網(wǎng)站的模板可以比較輕松，不過(guò)切忌檢查錯(cuò)別字，因?yàn)槟０迳系氖菦](méi)有拼寫(xiě)檢查的

英文簡(jiǎn)歷格式和頁(yè)面

- 寫(xiě)完后一定要去頁(yè)面設(shè)置去除多余的空白頁(yè)面，或者是orphan和widow現(xiàn)象，也就是單句的句子在頁(yè)面的最上面，最好是合并到前一頁(yè)

- 記得調(diào)整字體和大小，有些人的簡(jiǎn)歷除了不同顏色以外還用不同字體，就像是在不同網(wǎng)站上粘貼過(guò)來(lái)的，非常不專(zhuān)業(yè)。

- 簡(jiǎn)歷最好不要超過(guò)3頁(yè)，言語(yǔ)要精簡(jiǎn)，最忌諱像論文一樣，但是沒(méi)有重點(diǎn)

- word本身帶有拼寫(xiě)檢查，你這里滿頁(yè)都是紅線，我這里看到的也都是紅線

(17) 逾期發(fā)運(yùn)：如果由于買(mǎi)方原因造成逾期發(fā)運(yùn)，買(mǎi)方承擔(dān)責(zé)任。造成自簽訂合同之日起超過(guò)45天不能發(fā)運(yùn)的，賣(mài)方將每日按貨物金額的3%收取保管費(fèi)；如果由于買(mǎi)方原因造成逾期發(fā)運(yùn)超過(guò)6個(gè)月，賣(mài)方有權(quán)自行處置定金和貨物。如果是賣(mài)方原因造成的逾期發(fā)運(yùn)，賣(mài)方需提前告知買(mǎi)方并得到買(mǎi)方的確認(rèn)并承擔(dān)其他相關(guān)費(fèi)用。

last shipment: if the late delivery is caused by the buyer, the buyer shall bear the

responsibility. if the delay has being made more than 45 days from the signing of the sales contract hereof, the buyer shall pay 3% of total amount each day, and if the delay is more than 6 months, the seller has the right to dispose the down payment and the goods. if the late delivery is caused by the seller, the seller shall inform the buyer in advance and get confirmation from the buyer, and the related expense shall be born by the seller.

(18) 質(zhì)量/數(shù)量異議：對(duì)于質(zhì)量方面的異議，買(mǎi)方必須在貨物抵達(dá)目的港后30天之類(lèi)提出：對(duì)于數(shù)量方面的異議，買(mǎi)方必須在貨物抵達(dá)目的港后15天之內(nèi)提出。對(duì)由于保險(xiǎn)公司、運(yùn)輸公司、其他運(yùn)輸機(jī)構(gòu)或郵局的原因所造成的貨物差異，賣(mài)方不負(fù)任何責(zé)任。 quality/quantity discrepancy: in case of quality discrepancy, claim shall be filed by the buyer within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination; while for quantity discrepancy, claim shall be filed by the buyer within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. it is understood that the seller shall not be liable, for any discrepancy of goods shipped due to causes for which the insurance company, shipping company, other transportation organization or post office are liable.

(19) 不可抗力：賣(mài)方對(duì)由于下列原因而導(dǎo)致不能或暫時(shí)不能履行全部或部分合同義務(wù)的，不負(fù)責(zé)任：水災(zāi)、火災(zāi)、地震、干旱、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)或其他任何在簽約時(shí)賣(mài)方不能預(yù)料、無(wú)法控制且不能避免和克服的事件。但賣(mài)方因盡快地將所發(fā)生的事件通知對(duì)方，并應(yīng)在事件發(fā)生后15天內(nèi)將有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)出具的不可抗力事件的證明寄交對(duì)方。如果不可抗力事件之影響超過(guò)120天，雙方應(yīng)協(xié)商合同繼續(xù)履行或終止履行的事宜。

force majeure: seller shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance of entire or portion of these sale contract obligations in consequence of force majeure incidents: flood, fire, earthquake, drought, war, or any other matters couldn’t be foreseen or controlled or couldn’t be avoided. but seller shall inform the incidents to buyer immediately, and shall delivery the certificate of force majeure incidents issued by related organization within 15 days after the incidents happened. if the incidents influence more than 120 days, both parties shall negotiate to decide whether to execute or terminate the sales contract.

(20) 仲裁：因履行本合同所發(fā)生的一切爭(zhēng)議，雙方應(yīng)友好協(xié)商解決，如協(xié)商仍不能解決爭(zhēng)議，則應(yīng)將爭(zhēng)議提交中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)（北京），依據(jù)其仲裁規(guī)則仲裁。仲裁裁決是終局的，對(duì)雙方都有約束力。仲裁費(fèi)應(yīng)由敗訴一方承擔(dān)，但仲裁委員會(huì)另有裁定的除外。在仲裁期間，除仲裁部分之外的其他合同條款應(yīng)繼續(xù)執(zhí)行。

arbitration: all disputes across from the execution of, or in connection with this sales contract shall be settled friendly through negotiation, in case no settlement can be reached, the case shall then be submitted to china international economic and

trade arbitration commission, beijing for arbitration in accordance with its provisional rules of procedure. the result of arbitration shall be born by the losing party except for the condition the commission has other judgment. during the arbitration period, clauses beside of the arbitrated parts shall be executed.

(21) 本合同為中英文對(duì)應(yīng)，一式兩份，買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方各執(zhí)一份；合同自賣(mài)方簽字蓋章、買(mǎi)方簽字后生效（傳真件以及掃描具有正版相等法律效應(yīng)）。

the sales contract is concluded in chinese and english with same effectiveness, and will come into effect on stamp of seller and signing by buyer. the sales contract is in dual original and each party shall have one original copy of this sales contract. (any scanned and faxed copy shall have the same legal effect as the original one.)
