二、實(shí)習(xí)取得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及收獲

參觀公司的收獲：

傳神的“精英榜”。上面有很多高效人才的照片，他們?yōu)楣舅龅呢暙I(xiàn)都現(xiàn)在照片下面，各種專利和成就讓人眼花繚亂，這些照片的背后顯示的不只是他們個(gè)人的成績(jī)，還有整個(gè)公司的強(qiáng)大。我深刻感受到了傳神的精神以及讓人奮進(jìn)的企業(yè)文化。之后去看了公司的幾個(gè)部門，或許是怕影響到公司的正常辦公，還是由于翻譯行業(yè)保密性的原因，我們只在大廳門口對(duì)公司內(nèi)部觀望了一番，這里請(qǐng)恕我直言不諱，第一眼看有點(diǎn)像網(wǎng)吧，大家并排的坐著，沒(méi)有單獨(dú)的小隔間。第二個(gè)感覺(jué)就是安靜，大家埋頭做著自己的事，到處都是敲鍵盤的聲音。我覺(jué)得這便是翻譯公司應(yīng)有的模式，無(wú)論是催人奮進(jìn)的企業(yè)文化，還是兢兢業(yè)業(yè)的工作人員，都有值得學(xué)習(xí)的地方。

培訓(xùn)的收獲：

首先，改變了我對(duì)翻譯行業(yè)的認(rèn)知。以前一直以為翻譯就是一個(gè)人一支筆的事。通過(guò)講座，原來(lái)翻譯是一個(gè)語(yǔ)言服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)，翻譯正在產(chǎn)業(yè)化，翻譯出來(lái)的作品也叫產(chǎn)品。翻譯公司完成翻譯業(yè)務(wù)的過(guò)程就像是一條流水線，高效，快捷，一氣呵成。翻譯產(chǎn)業(yè)隨著其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展而發(fā)展，一年比一年壯大。

其次，改變了我對(duì)翻譯方式的認(rèn)知。在學(xué)校里學(xué)翻譯，總覺(jué)得翻譯就好像是一個(gè)腦子加一只筆。講座介紹了計(jì)算機(jī)輔助翻譯軟件，比如傳神的icat，云翻譯平臺(tái)，火云術(shù)語(yǔ)庫(kù)，語(yǔ)料庫(kù)以及各種各樣的小工具使得翻譯的效率大大提高。加上翻譯公司的分工合作，項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理，專業(yè)譯員和審校的角色分配，使得十幾萬(wàn)字的巨大翻譯量在短時(shí)間內(nèi)便可完成。這種翻譯模式符合了當(dāng)今時(shí)代的發(fā)展要求。

最后，改變了我對(duì)法律和職業(yè)生涯的認(rèn)知。從前總以為自己是學(xué)英語(yǔ)的，法律與我何干，但聽過(guò)傳神法務(wù)部長(zhǎng)幽默風(fēng)趣的講解，舉了傳神幾個(gè)血淋淋的法律案例，覺(jué)得不管是什么專業(yè)什么職業(yè)都應(yīng)該要懂點(diǎn)法律，這樣才能更好的保護(hù)自己，保護(hù)公司。職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃也加強(qiáng)我們要準(zhǔn)備規(guī)劃職業(yè)的意識(shí)，swot原則讓我學(xué)會(huì)了做更加恰當(dāng)?shù)臎Q定，對(duì)于即將步入職業(yè)生涯的我們，都是很有幫助的，早準(zhǔn)備，早成功。

三、存在的不足及建議

雖說(shuō)此次實(shí)習(xí)收獲頗豐，但也存在幾點(diǎn)不足。

首先，學(xué)校方面，安排的人數(shù)太多了。人數(shù)越多越雜，管理就越難，對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)公司的壓力也大，傳神公司也提過(guò)由于人數(shù)過(guò)多，有些培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目不能進(jìn)行，實(shí)習(xí)的效果也受到影響。建議學(xué)?？梢园才欧峙鷮?shí)習(xí)，這樣可以減少老師和公司的壓力，提升學(xué)生的實(shí)習(xí)激情與實(shí)習(xí)效果。

其次，實(shí)習(xí)公司方面，講座太多，實(shí)踐太少。幾天的實(shí)習(xí)下來(lái)全是講座，我們也沒(méi)能按照公司正常的制度上下班，一個(gè)講座結(jié)束，一個(gè)上午或者下午就結(jié)束了，更沒(méi)機(jī)會(huì)參與到公司的運(yùn)作當(dāng)中，一直處于觀望狀態(tài)。在其中一個(gè)關(guān)于計(jì)算機(jī)輔助軟件cat的介紹講座之中，其實(shí)可以配備電腦給我們，教我們操作，但由于人數(shù)限制，實(shí)踐操作軟件的機(jī)會(huì)也沒(méi)有了，只能在“紙上”聽講話人“談兵”。 建議實(shí)習(xí)公司盡可能多的提供實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì)，加強(qiáng)與學(xué)生的交流與合作，給學(xué)生表現(xiàn)和貢獻(xiàn)的機(jī)會(huì)。

最后，個(gè)人方面，缺乏主動(dòng)性。本次實(shí)習(xí)我覺(jué)得自己最大的毛病就是缺乏主動(dòng)性，沒(méi)有全身心投入到實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中，積極主動(dòng)的去學(xué)習(xí)，去提問(wèn)，去探索，一直跟著學(xué)校和公司的安排被動(dòng)地走，空閑時(shí)間也大多待在酒店里，對(duì)于講座上有益的內(nèi)容沒(méi)有積極的去消化，尤其是計(jì)算機(jī)輔助軟件講座之后，沒(méi)有下載到自己電腦上仔細(xì)琢磨，只在講座上了解了一下。 參觀公司時(shí)有問(wèn)題也沒(méi)有提出來(lái)，最后也沒(méi)有單獨(dú)去了解，就這么不了了之，講座中與發(fā)言人幾乎沒(méi)有交流，沒(méi)有提出自己的問(wèn)題，也就是沒(méi)有進(jìn)行仔細(xì)思考，這是對(duì)自己一種不負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度。實(shí)習(xí)之后我深刻反省，以后會(huì)糾正自己的態(tài)度，有問(wèn)題就提出來(lái)，加強(qiáng)自己的主動(dòng)積極性，而不是被動(dòng)不負(fù)責(zé)不思考的去接受。

good morning, ladies and gentlemen,

last summer, i volunteered(動(dòng)詞) to work as an english teacher in a primary school for children of migrant workers. to be accurate, i didn't volunteer. i was dragged in literally. when my friends first hit upon the idea of this project. i was all against it. 'what?' to spend my vacation standing in the heat yelling at a bunch of nine-year-olds who couldn't even speak proper mandarin chinese? and besides. there's no pay for my toil. no. i am definitely not going. my friends twisted my arms to have me join them.

unexpectedly，the first lesson i taught turned out a lesson for me. the moment i stepped into the shabby classroom. i was touched by the loud, respectful voices in unison. 'good morning teacher !' instead of fooling around, the children were thirsty for knowledge and efficient in absorbing everything i was able to give them. this made me despise myself for i hadn't even prepared for the class. during the break. i leaned over the squeaky desk, chatting with a sweaty boy in the front row. "without air-conditioning, it's really hot here. are you tired?" not at all. said he. shaking his head. it's fine here. my dad builds asphalt roads. that is really tiring and hot.

as summer advanced. my enthusiasm as a teacher grew. i prepared my lesson carefully and even used some methods my teachers used. i organized many group activities to give the kids fun. strangely enough the heat was also becoming less and less unbearable. soon, my one-month volunnteer came to an end. when i was leaving my last class, i turned back and saw smiling faces and waving hands. never before had i ever had such a feeling of sadness. which was, nevertheless, mixed with a sense of enrichment, fulfillment and happiness. i was paid for my work, amply paid, not in terms of money, but something more valuable.

my english was improved, i was able to teach it, although not very professional. i learned about the grassroots-level society. inside myself a heart is growing. a heart that not only beats for myself. but cares for others as well. the volunteer work gave me a precious little chance of saying thanks. to people like the little boy's father who construct highways and undergrounds, build up modern skyscrapers, and make our cities more and more beautiful. to help the children with their english was all i could do at present to show my gratitude to these unsung heroes. the world may not have been fair to them. so privileged and blessed people like me make their life better. whatever i do for them, however, i know it can't be compared with what they have done to improve the quality of life in our cities. ladies and gentlemen. now i realize that voluntary shouldn't be just a one-time personal experience. it should be a lifetime activity of everybody. many of us are now offering assistance to the needy and to each other and our efforts have indeed made a difference schooling,---- or caring for the elderly in nursing homes, and helping out in 20xx beijing olympics, will not only contribute to the harmony of the world but elevate ourselves as well. emerson once said, "it's one of the most beautiful compensations of this life no man can sincerely try to help another without helping himself" he was right. i hear that my university is going to organize another voluntary teaching program this summer. this time i won't be dragged in. i will volunteer. thank you !
