我覺得，作為一名教師，最重要的任務(wù)就是使自己的教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量有所提高。

比起我以前剛來上課時(shí)候的稚嫩，我現(xiàn)在上課確實(shí)是成熟熟練了很多，雖然生物是副科這種想法在以前就已經(jīng)在學(xué)生的頭腦里根深蒂固了，如何讓學(xué)生也把這個(gè)學(xué)科當(dāng)成正科認(rèn)真來上呢?首先就要備好課，你的課備好了，內(nèi)容充實(shí)又切合生活實(shí)際，自然就略勝一籌。然后就要讓學(xué)生對(duì)這節(jié)課感興趣。并不是說你的課備好了去上學(xué)生就會(huì)感興趣，關(guān)鍵是你上課的方式。我性格比較開朗外向，在這里我主要是添加了一些肢體語(yǔ)言，還有一些生活實(shí)際例子，還有一些小笑話，有時(shí)候也會(huì)搞一些小活動(dòng)緩解課堂氣氛。在我的課堂上，學(xué)生不用再只是看那些枯燥的課本，興趣自然會(huì)提起來，有了興趣再讓他們學(xué)習(xí)就輕松多了。

說到備課，自然要先明白教材的內(nèi)容，然后開始研究學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)、重難點(diǎn)。為了備好課，我也下了一番功夫，我會(huì)上百度看很多的教案還有ppt，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)每節(jié)課的內(nèi)容，然后再把重要的內(nèi)容抄寫下來，在這里面，我也會(huì)尋找一些練習(xí)，以便可以在教學(xué)過程中插入練習(xí)加深學(xué)生的印象。

其實(shí)生物是一項(xiàng)很有趣的學(xué)科，因?yàn)樗婕暗念I(lǐng)域很廣，關(guān)系到大自然的一切生物，還有探索人類身體的一些奧秘，學(xué)生自然也會(huì)更感興趣。而且學(xué)習(xí)不是毫無熱情地把知識(shí)從一個(gè)頭腦里裝進(jìn)另一個(gè)頭腦里，既然學(xué)生感興趣了，那我就要把他們這份興趣發(fā)展成上課的熱情。我的課堂也不是沉悶無趣，我會(huì)在上課的時(shí)候把一些內(nèi)容講得輕松有趣點(diǎn)然后再聯(lián)系生活實(shí)際提問問題，學(xué)生在這樣的氛圍中更是熱情高漲。例如，學(xué)習(xí)《輸送血液的泵——心臟》這一節(jié)的時(shí)候，本來內(nèi)容是很枯燥難懂的，但是我就在課前先給大家猜了一個(gè)謎語(yǔ)：胸中有個(gè)大桃子，拳頭大小差不離。勞逸結(jié)合巧安排，任勞任怨干到底。學(xué)生猜出謎底之后，我就借著這個(gè)謎語(yǔ)來講授心臟的有關(guān)知識(shí)：心臟在我們身體的什么位置啊?心臟的大小是多大啊?心臟的外形像什么?心臟是如何工作的，難道它在我們心中是永遠(yuǎn)不停的跳動(dòng)的嗎?通過這個(gè)謎語(yǔ)學(xué)生還沒開始看課本就懂得了很多。最后上完心臟的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能后，我就用了一首口訣幫助學(xué)生巧記憶今天上課的內(nèi)容：人的心臟在胸腔，形態(tài)恰似桃子狀。里面共有四個(gè)腔，下為心室上為房。左右不通上下通，動(dòng)脈連室靜連房。房室之間有瓣膜，血液倒流可預(yù)防。令我意想不到的是學(xué)生竟然都很喜歡這首口訣，而且竟連那些成績(jī)不是很好的學(xué)生到最后也能背出幾句出來，所以那時(shí)候我很感動(dòng)，覺得我是成功了。再例如，學(xué)習(xí)《尿的形成和排出》這一節(jié)的時(shí)候，我講完尿液是如何形成的之后，我就會(huì)對(duì)學(xué)生說，現(xiàn)在讓我們來當(dāng)一下醫(yī)生，給幾個(gè)病人看看病，學(xué)生的熱情就上來了，對(duì)于問題也是非常的感興趣。

雖然課上得是比起以前進(jìn)步，但是“路漫漫其修遠(yuǎn)兮，吾將上下而求索”。以后我會(huì)努力做到：

1 、深入細(xì)致地備好每一節(jié)課，熟悉教材，精心設(shè)計(jì)問題，力求把握重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)，使課上內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)單易懂。

2、 認(rèn)真上好每一節(jié)課，一般第一次上總是感覺不太流暢，我及時(shí)從中獲得經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在下次上時(shí)更好的講授好。同時(shí)課堂注重學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性的發(fā)揮，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生發(fā)散思維和創(chuàng)新意識(shí)，使其綜合能力得到發(fā)展。

3 、堅(jiān)持聽課，學(xué)習(xí)其他老師的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，尋求適合自己的教學(xué)方法。

4 、認(rèn)真及時(shí)地批改作業(yè)，從中了解學(xué)生掌握知識(shí)的情況，從而有側(cè)重的對(duì)其強(qiáng)調(diào)，掃除自己學(xué)習(xí)中的盲點(diǎn)，也為課堂效率的提高打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。

尊敬的單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)：

回顧錯(cuò)誤：當(dāng)天是由于我在飲食方面不注意，導(dǎo)致我當(dāng)晚肚子很疼。之后由于肚子疼痛，我又硬在崗位上堅(jiān)持，后來出現(xiàn)了瞌睡情況，遭領(lǐng)導(dǎo)發(fā)現(xiàn)。
