賽制：

報(bào)名階段：1、報(bào)名方式：院系推薦、網(wǎng)上自薦和擺展臺(tái)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)報(bào)名。

2、簡(jiǎn)歷整理：收取的簡(jiǎn)歷按匯總之后按崗位設(shè)置進(jìn)行分類評(píng)選。

初賽：1、簡(jiǎn)歷篩選：由相關(guān)的人力資源專家和企業(yè)人事部的人員組成小組，進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)歷的篩選。具體操作采用打分制，取平均分，按排名先后進(jìn)入第二輪。

比賽內(nèi)容：此次大賽復(fù)賽中將會(huì)分設(shè)四個(gè)崗位，分別為金融保險(xiǎn)類、會(huì)計(jì)財(cái)政類、管理類(兩個(gè)，其中一個(gè)要求中英文簡(jiǎn)歷)，具體的崗位設(shè)置將會(huì)以企業(yè)為依托，尋求企業(yè)中真實(shí)的崗位，同時(shí)提供此崗位的工作說(shuō)明書及相應(yīng)的面試題庫(kù)。而復(fù)賽中的一切環(huán)節(jié)都將據(jù)此而展開(kāi)。

比賽形式：此次大賽采用逐輪淘汰制，而每輪又將采用打分制，選手將經(jīng)過(guò)層層篩選進(jìn)入最后的決賽。

1、 初賽：大家將收集的簡(jiǎn)歷分組進(jìn)行打分，根據(jù)分?jǐn)?shù)的排名，每個(gè)崗位篩選出12人進(jìn)入筆試，共計(jì)48人。

在筆試環(huán)節(jié)，選手將會(huì)接受一場(chǎng)45分鐘的綜合測(cè)試，專業(yè)人員會(huì)對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng)、打分，最終決出8名選手參加復(fù)賽。

·大家將會(huì)對(duì)落選的參賽者給出反饋意見(jiàn)，分析出優(yōu)勢(shì)及劣勢(shì)，提出良好的建議。

2、復(fù)賽：總分為四場(chǎng)，每次同時(shí)進(jìn)行兩場(chǎng)，歷時(shí)兩天。每場(chǎng)有一大一小兩個(gè)比賽場(chǎng)地。大場(chǎng)地進(jìn)行自我介紹、情景面試和無(wú)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組討論的結(jié)果展示;小場(chǎng)地則包括結(jié)構(gòu)化面試和無(wú)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組的討論過(guò)程。屆時(shí)，不同的評(píng)委將針對(duì)每一環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行打分，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)公布每輪得分，綜合分?jǐn)?shù)將決定選手的排名。前3名進(jìn)入決賽。
