稱謂如果是第一次給對(duì)方寫信，那么稱謂最好用“dear+全名”，這樣會(huì)讓人感覺比較正式。如果對(duì)方以非正式口吻來信，我們也可以類似非正式地回復(fù)。比如：“hello/hi lillian”。在實(shí)際通信中可能遇到不知道對(duì)方姓名，可以用“dear+對(duì)方頭銜”，如“dear president”，或者“dear+sir/madam”形式。英國(guó)人習(xí)慣在稱呼后加“，”，美國(guó)人習(xí)慣在稱謂后加“：”，有時(shí)也可以不加任何標(biāo)點(diǎn)，是具體情況而定。
