在開(kāi)始前，應(yīng)該是整理出可利用的時(shí)間，清楚自己在的空閑時(shí)間生活習(xí)慣。在此前提下，以每一天為單位，制定學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃。接下來(lái)，梳理自身學(xué)習(xí)情況，找出最需要提高，合理分配復(fù)習(xí)和預(yù)習(xí)時(shí)間，有針對(duì)性地制定假期學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃。每天有效學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間最好保持在6-8個(gè)小時(shí)?？梢愿鶕?jù)自己的情況合理的規(guī)劃一下，寒假中要做到既不睡懶覺(jué)，也不要開(kāi)夜車(chē)。習(xí)慣比聰明更重要!只要按照計(jì)劃來(lái)，每天堅(jiān)持的話(huà)，超清你的成績(jī)肯定會(huì)進(jìn)步的。(后面我會(huì)做出一個(gè)具體的時(shí)間安排表，超清你可以根據(jù)自身情況做適當(dāng)調(diào)整)

二、復(fù)習(xí)上學(xué)期內(nèi)容，攻克薄弱環(huán)節(jié)

應(yīng)該把寒假分為復(fù)習(xí)和預(yù)習(xí)兩個(gè)階段，前段時(shí)間主要是復(fù)習(xí)，在此基礎(chǔ)上留一個(gè)星期的時(shí)間對(duì)下學(xué)期內(nèi)容進(jìn)行預(yù)習(xí)。

今年的寒假假期較短，目標(biāo)不宜太大、復(fù)習(xí)范圍不宜太廣。如果想真正有收獲，就不能貪多!適宜重點(diǎn)攻克薄弱學(xué)科、或某學(xué)科中的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。(超清數(shù)學(xué)應(yīng)多用點(diǎn)時(shí)間來(lái)鞏固提高。英語(yǔ)可將平時(shí)的上課內(nèi)容拿來(lái)復(fù)習(xí)，記憶一些固定的用法和常用搭配。把上學(xué)期的課文從開(kāi)始再?gòu)?fù)習(xí)下，有些需要記憶的東西一定要記住。比如每單元的單詞及其拼寫(xiě)和固定搭配和固定句式及語(yǔ)法知識(shí)。)

三、預(yù)習(xí)下學(xué)期課程：

將下學(xué)期的課程提前預(yù)習(xí)一下，掌握各重要科目(語(yǔ)文、數(shù)學(xué)、英語(yǔ))下學(xué)期的重難點(diǎn)。預(yù)習(xí)的過(guò)程中碰到的不懂的問(wèn)題要及時(shí)做記錄，等到開(kāi)學(xué)的時(shí)候可詢(xún)問(wèn)老師。(數(shù)學(xué)要提前預(yù)習(xí)前4章，英語(yǔ)要預(yù)習(xí)前五單元)

四、時(shí)間安排表(可根據(jù)自身情況作合理調(diào)整)

8：00起床之后 刷牙漱口洗臉吃早飯

早上8：30 合理安排30分鐘大聲朗讀背誦英語(yǔ)課文，聽(tīng)一些英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力。聽(tīng)讀是培養(yǎng)英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)感最好的方法。聽(tīng)讀的材料可以是上學(xué)期的英語(yǔ)教材，也可把下學(xué)期教材。

9:00 做寒假作業(yè) 先做數(shù)學(xué)。因?yàn)樵缟项^腦是最清醒的，數(shù)學(xué)邏輯思維比較強(qiáng)，所以先做數(shù)學(xué)的作業(yè);

10：00 開(kāi)始休息15分鐘，學(xué)了一個(gè)小時(shí)也該舒展舒展筋骨了，因此利用這15分鐘的時(shí)間充分休息，也活動(dòng)活動(dòng)。

10: 20—11:20 做英語(yǔ)寒假作業(yè)，給自己每天定一個(gè)目標(biāo)。比如每天做多少頁(yè)，然后在規(guī)定的時(shí)間做完。寒假作業(yè)做完后可以閱讀一些英語(yǔ)讀物，寫(xiě)寫(xiě)單詞。

下午可以自己安排1個(gè)半小時(shí)開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)文 學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)文的時(shí)間可以比較自由，依靠自己的勞逸程度，充分分配自己的時(shí)間。實(shí)在累了，可以閱讀一些課外書(shū)籍，這樣也可以擴(kuò)充自己的知識(shí)面，為寫(xiě)作積累材料。

晚上可安排一個(gè)小時(shí) 練習(xí)寫(xiě)字和學(xué)習(xí)寫(xiě)作文，包括語(yǔ)文和英語(yǔ)。時(shí)間上可以是今天學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)文，明天就學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)。堅(jiān)持每天認(rèn)真寫(xiě)一頁(yè)，英語(yǔ)字帖或者語(yǔ)文都行。然后呢可以買(mǎi)本英語(yǔ)方面的作文輔導(dǎo)書(shū)，學(xué)習(xí)寫(xiě)一些小文章?？砂褧r(shí)間安排在晚上7:00-8:00

剩下的晚上時(shí)間可以自由分配，可以自己看些電影，電視。外國(guó)電影必須有英語(yǔ)字幕，慢速的。建議看看bbc的魅力中國(guó)，挺適合英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的。

建議：1、在寒假里讀一些優(yōu)秀的文章，來(lái)提高自己作文水平。 2、在寒假里按時(shí)做作業(yè)，堅(jiān)持不拖拉，也不可開(kāi)小差。 3、制定的計(jì)劃要堅(jiān)持。不能半途而廢 4、.每天最遲不能超過(guò)十點(diǎn)半睡覺(jué) 5. 適當(dāng)?shù)淖鲂┻\(yùn)動(dòng)

注：大年三十、初一、初二放假，初三半天學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間。出門(mén)走親戚時(shí)間去掉兩天時(shí)間另定。外出參加實(shí)踐調(diào)查半天。嚴(yán)格按照計(jì)劃學(xué)習(xí)和生活。

6、晚上是你自由活動(dòng)的時(shí)間，但要看看新聞。
